Letter from the Founder

Every journey has a beginning, and mine started on a cool December afternoon in 2008 when I attended a health session with my students at Claflin University. Little did I know that this would mark the first step on a path of transformation. Meeting Dr. Joyce, our Nutritionist Guest Lecturer, was a turning point. Her passion and knowledge were like a beacon, and it ignited a fire in me.
